You will need to ensure the following:

• Sales and purchase invoices/receipts are created in or uploaded to Xero (can be via 3rd party App)
• Bank and credit card statements linked to Xero (auto bank feeds via internet banking)
• Petty cash records (a list if transactions detailing date, amount & description)
• Payroll records (all employee personal data and ongoing timesheets)
• Tax documents and returns (lodged returns with the ATO)
